Polyurethane Sheets and Pads
Urethane Specialties makes polyurethane sheets and pads 24" x 48" with thicknesses of 1/32", 1/16" and 1/8" that are spin cast using high grade liquid cast polyurethane resins to ensure uniform thickness throughout while maintaining a .010 tolerance. All other sizes are open cast to meet your specifications.
Applications include: Vibration pads, Cutting surfaces, Table tops, Scraper blades, Bumpers, Diaphrams and seals, Hopper and chute lining.

Note: Spin cast parts can be made in 1/4" and 3/8" thickness in 40 to 70 shore A durometer.
